#19 Pausing to Pray When You're Struggling to Love God

If loving God feels hard right now — you’re not broken. You’re human.

In today’s episode, we start the P.E.A.C.E. framework — simple practices to walk in peace for the Christian woman. We will Pause & Pray when we feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or spiritually tired. Referencing Matthew 22:37–39, we Pause, BE in our bodies, and pray to the one who we do desire to love with all our heart, mind and soul. We will explore where that may not feel completely TRUE and invite Holy Spirit to renew a right spirit within us.
